please help!!

i was woundering if anyone could help me, i recieved my va10 today and i'm having trouble with my webcam. it lets me take pics with it but it just wont connect on msn for some starange reason i was woundering if anyone could help me or talk me through it if the same has happened to you? thanx x

Hi Simone and welcome.

This can be caused by McAfee Secutity's browser extension. McAfee keeps checking the camera for some reason. Are you getting a message that the camera is being used by another program?

If so, all you need to do is to update your McAfee software to a more recent version.
