I am running Norton 360 Premier on my Sony Vaio VPCEB4J0E Laptop. I recently ran the Diagnostic Report which flagged up a number of problems; these were under the heading "Inoperable Hardware Devices". The devices are 2 Bluetooth Peripheral Devices (Plug and Play).
I origonally had 6 missing Bluetooth Peripheral Devices but I have downloaded a program from Widcomm website; this has reinstalled all but 2 drivers. I have tried to fix this problem but with no success. Has anyone had a similar problem in the past and how do I go about fixing this problem.
