Problem with download drivers

I want to download driver for my notebook  VPCYB1S1E   but download speed is 11kb/s 

Where I can download all drivers quickly??  I have 2 Mbps internet

Can't download directly from FTP, can't use Vaio Update.

I can download from ftp.sunet.se here in sweden, with 11mb/sec. I have a 100/10 connection.

The vaio update thingy is the worst app I ever had the misfortune to use 😞
