Hi.I'm facing a problem with my laptop.I have recently purchased VAIO N11M/W with sony aw-q540a optical drive.It fails to burn cd's and dvd's and automatically ejects the disc.It seems that there are some problems with reading too.I cannot find any updates for this drive.I need to know if there is a way to solve my problem . please help
