Problem with sound

Don't know if this has been asked before.

While playing music on my vaio the sound disappears, but the beep when buttons are pressed still works. The only solution seems to be to reset with a paperclip. Has this happened to anybody else?

Yes it has happened to me with my old VP, and once it ahppens once it seems to occure more frquently. Resetting it is the solution, but I can't find a permanet solution. I would ask VAIO link, but theyll probably say update the firmware, which you probab ly already have.
