Problems reading DVDs on PCG-FR415S

I have a PCG-FR415S, an dam having major issues trying to read DVDs burned on other PCs.

I have a Pioneer DVR-K12D DVD-RW.

Any suggestions for suitable brands to use or any way to improve things?
