Problems with keyboard and CTRL button (it says it is being pressed!)

Hey!

I am having major problems with my notebook keyboard ctrl button(s).

It is hard to describe/explain but I will try. Several times now it keeps thinking that the CTRL button is being pressed. It's not and you simply cannot use the kb!

They dont look stuck (nothing has been spilt) it just seems to go on and on... like its flashing on and off. You see the + flashing when dragging.

Please help!

Have you tried spraying compressed air into the key?
Maybe there's dust in the contacts?
