Problems with my PCG-GRV616G

Since about one month my Laptop shuts down without any reasons if i have it turned on for a few hours. It gets very hot. When I restart it, it shuts down again. I have to wait a couple of minutes and then it works again...Is this a motherboard problem? What should i do?

when the proccessor get hot it will shut down it self, is the fan working ok? or are you intefcted with virus?

Make sure you're not blocking vents either, and clean the vents too.
