Hi, got some problems with new FE31H. after reinstaling windows, I have installed all the drivers, but there is something wrong with webcam driver [model: VGP-VCC1], when I turn off my computer it says windows is shutting down and then no action, I have to hold down the power key to turn it off. uninstalling webcam driver solves this problem.
what do I do?
