Question for VAIO EXPERTS: Which keyboard combination inverts the use of the function mode?

Hello,
I dont know how it came possible, but at may Vaio 4SM Notebook there are at some keypads little numbers and sines beside them (second level-numbers), which you can use by pressing the "FN" keypad together.
Now this signs are at the top level and appear by pressing them without the "FN"-pad. When I want to write normal Keypads I have to use the "FN" pad.

How can I get it back to the right?
Did You understand my problem right, cause Im not a native inglish speaking person?

Thanx for any help!
