RAM Upgrade for VGN-SZ2M/B

hi!

i wanted to upgrade my notebook ram from 1gb --> 2gb
my notebook is a VGN-SZ2M/B

1. question: are there 2 modules built in (2x 512mb) or just 1 (1x 1gb)?
2. question: what exact type of ram do i need? (pins, ddr-type, latency, manufacturer)

Go to here and download their system scanner software to assess your reqirements. Its brilliant and you will save big bucks. My ram was £240 odd but only £83 with crucial and it was delivered within a couple of days. :smileygrin:

According to the specs your SZ2M uses DDR2 533mhz So-Dimm modules and that specs also state that your Vaio should have 2 x 512 Mb installed
