RAM upgrades for PCG-K295HP

Hi all,

I'm considering upgrading the RAM of my PCG-K295HP to 1 gig (presumably 2 blocks of 512 MB?), primarily with gaming in mind. I'd like any opinions on the increase in performance I can expect, i.e. will it make a huge difference, bearing in mind my graphics card is only 64 MB? Or would I be better off putting the money towards a higher-spec system?

Any thoughts, on this, as well as advice on UK-based suppliers, would be very much appreciated.

Your Graphics chip uses shared memory so increasing the RAM to max can only do good.

Depending on how cutting edge the games you want to play are and their graphics requirements only upgrading the RAM will give you the answer.

Hopefully its relatively cheap to find out and I would recommend CRUCIAL
