Some things are preloaded by Sony but do not function on this Vaio. For example, bluetooth is in the startmeu but the machine has no Bluetooth. Well is it the same for MusicStation because the desktop application icon exists but when run it says "There has been an error during the start up of the desktop application. Please try starting the application again or contact Customer Services if this issue persists. X832." ?
