To order a set of recovery disks you need to contact Support on the out of warranty number (from the UK the number is 0905 0310006 (Fixed: 0.35£/min)). Have your serial number to hand.
Disks are usually purchased when it is out of warranty.
But try to check if the partition is on a separate drive other than "C". Sometimes, when you load a new OS, the partition drive is not written. Could be worth while to check on this first.
