Hi everyone, I've had a PCG-K315Z since December 2004 and so far have had to have the left mouse button replaced twice, both time under warranty. The button has come loose again and even though I've logged three cases, the first one on August 10, using the online support system, I've only had e-mail acknowledgements that the cases have been recorded. No-one has contacted me and I'm getting more than a bit fed up waiting for them. Has any one else experienced long delays trying to get a reapir done??????:smileysad:

That is a very long time usually you should receive a call within 72 hours or so..
You could phone vaio-link and chase up your repair case..
