Replacing Hard disk

Hello!

I got SMART error and it says that disk is bad, back up and replace it. Now the PC is noot booting even from install CD. I dont know how to back up data.

I bought a new hard disk to replace. Can any please tell me how I should replace the hard disk on VAIO VGN-A 115Z notebook.

The best I can do is this EXPLODED DIAGRAM.

Someone else may be able to help if they have tried replacing the HDD on an A-Series.
