RX301 upgradeable?

Is it possible to upgrade th RX301 from an Athlon 1.53 ghz to something above 3.00 ghz using the same memory and stuff?
And,or in other words just change the motherboard for a more powerfull one without any other complications?

i think some motherboards are for one or the other not sure on that though

contact sony and see if it is compatible or rather contact radeon and see what they have to say about it

tell them your motherboard info ect and everything should be a o.k
