Is it possible to use the button S1 in order to turn the touchpad on/off?
Hi ukschie,
welcome to Club Vaio..
The following guide, depending on your Vaio model should allow you to either enable or disable your touchpad..
Click Start, then All programs, then Vaio Control Centre
Click Continue on the User Account Control window.
In the Vaio Control Centre, expand Special Buttons then double click S Button.
In the S Button window select launch Application from the drop down list for the button you wish to use to disable your mouse. ie buton 1
In the current settings section click Advanced next to the button you have chosen to use.
In the application box type C:\Program Files\Sony\Setting Utility Series\VCCPointingDevice.exe then click OK
Now when you push the S key click Continue on the User Account Control window, then either enable or disable your touchpad..

It works. Thanks a lot.
But is there a kind of a parameter like VCCPointingDevice.exe /off , /activate or something like that to do this directly?
