I had to restore my machine because it was corrupted. Consequently i installed service pask 1 using the windows update tool in xp.
However i have done this a few times now but the service pack does not appear in my computer-properties. I only know of this way of verifying.
i installed it again and again. when i look at the install history it has been successful. Yet it does not appear iin my computer-properties.
what is going wrong.
I have a sony grx316sp running xp professional.
