shut down problem with motion eye

Hello @all,
I have a sony vaio FE11s and i change the OS from media center 2005 to xp pro edition.

I have visual com. camera driver
usbvm321, 25.10.05,321.1.1025.14

After this windows can not shut down!
It hangs.

If I disable came in hardware wizard, I can shut down windows.

Who can help me?
Is this driver, I get from original driver folder, wrong?

applied this Hotfix. rebooted and fixed the Motion eye camera problem

Can you please advise on how to find and load the Motion Camera driver? After loading win Xp prof on my FE11S model, I couldn't find and load the driver. Possible to send the driver with loading instructions?
