Sky HD!

Hello all was just wondering if anyone has put Sky HD through there laptop via Hdmi as i have tried but it wont let me cos my Sky HD does not have a Remote censor i think

It was S-video that i used via media center for Hd pic looked mint could not finnish setup cos off the IR reciever or something like that anyone know if i could buy 1 that would plug in via usb or something!
Anyhelp would be great...

Hi radiodead1974,

To use Sky with the MCE s-video analogue set-up you need an "IR Blaster" like THIS ONE which comes with the MCE Remote Control.

Try a Google for IR Blaster but I think the Aquila one works well.
