Sony forum is useless!!

Can you believe that the Sony (thats the big big company selling millions of products daily) has a forum with NO SEARCH FACILITY!!!

How come we have to spend double the price for our laptops and then have to pay 35p pm for support after only 1 year and then have no way of searching the forum?!!

I will use the method suggested of using Google but should we really need to?!!
