Sony PCG-4H1M no display

Sony PCG-4H1M is not lighting up or displaying anything also same when connecting it to a monitor(used Fn - F7)  no luck. When I put disks in you can hear them loading so the rest is working.

Can you check your model type please as you are quoting an invalid model.  Look on the screen surround - it will probably be a VGN-TX3**.

If you shine a light onto the screen, can you see the unilluminated desktop faintly?

What lights come on when you start up?

Model is VGN-TX3XP.

No display at all on either screen.

Get battery light, power button light and blue tooth light.
