hi all after a long serving time with no problems my notebook has encountered a fault i have been getting a blue box appear in the middle of the screen which states there is a problem and windows is shutting down and then starts to reboot again never seen this before what problem could cause this, i have been using it safe mode now and installed various malware and spyware programs to identify any problems or maybe a virus and also performed a chk disk which came bck fine any ideas...and when picked up the screen goes blank and then you have hold power button down to switch off then back on again for it to boot up but thescreen is fine then with no probs and then the message will appear from nowhere and there we go again ...pls any help and advice will be appreciated as im not no computer geek but would like it back to normal if it is a simple fix or it goes in hibernation....:)
