sony vaio broke again,poor customer service ,help!!

Hi

Bought a sony vaio  laptop  16 months ago within  6 months the blue ray player stopped working sent it away for repair and it came scratched and damaged.So back it went again for another repair and had to have the lid completely replaced.My vaio has been working ok for the last few months but again the blue ray player has stopped working.I went to currys yesterday and escalated it with them as im now 6 months out of warrenty.They have just phoned me and laughably said sony well give me VIP treatment by fixing my laptop and i pay the cost!!

This is a joke the fact my laptop broke within 6 months and then again 10 months later and they want me to pay the bill.I dont know whats happened to sony they used to be a brand i could trust but they have completely gone down hill in my estimation had problems with there tvs also and had to get it a refund.Sorry for the vent but im fuming and i hope theres someone on here who can help or advise me,i will never buy sony product ever again!!!
