sony vaio insurance

i like sony products this time i got sony tv, sony car tape and sony headphone, but after this insurance company's bad service and behaviour i can say i didnt expect that sony company can join this type of companies for thier insurance purpose which dont accept thier mistake and they are damaging the reputation of sony.


My laptop was stolen on 28/03/2011 from my car and summit insurance accepted my claim and agreed to send me replacement laptop. I received called from their delivery department to arrange a delivery, they had my previous address and I asked them to change it to my new current address and he did it, and delivery date been decided,
Then on delivery date early morning i received a phone call from delivery department to say sorry because they have sent my laptop to my previous address, I told him to stop that delivery as soon as possible because my X wife lives there and me and my wife recently separated and I told him very clearly that if laptop will be delivered to that address there won’t be any chances we will get it back.
That delivery department man then called to parcel service and stopped the delivery and called me back to tell me that laptop will be delivered on my new address. It was relieve for me and him.
We arranged another day for delivery, and after this headache that agreed day laptop again delivered to my previous address.
Now whenever I call to summit insurance company they always say to me that now police is dealing with this case and summit insurance can’t do anything, and they are keep saying sorry to me, Even delivery department also were sorry for their big mistake. It’s been months now.
But now i am unable to understand what my mistake in all this process is and why i am suffering because of an employee of summit insurance’s delivery department.
I am suffering a lot because of all this mess and I am borrowing a laptop from one of my colleague who is now charging me money for this.

as my expenses are getting out of my control for waiting of that laptop. Before this I request you to solve my problem sooner. Please send me email address where I can send my all conversation history to administration manager Samantha Holland of summit insurance services limited.

please help me to resolve this issue so that in futur i can buy sony products with confidence and send my message

to relavent complaint department

now when i m trying to send a complain via email through sony website its keep saying  "Sorry there was as error with your submission" without telling me what the real error is,

i am pissed of with this sorry word from sony and sony insurance from last 10 months.
