Aparently the Sony Vaio SZ3 uses one of these cameras... http://www.ricoh.com/LSI/product_pcif/usb/5u870_v001/

...which state that they are UVC compliant however the developers for Linux-UVC-Devel say it is not. See http://avilella.googlepages.com/camera_notes.
What's going on?
If I have the wrong camera models please correct me.
