Hello all,
I have just upgraded to Vista Home Premium and all is working fine apart from sound. I have installed the latest device drivers off the supplied CD. Vista recognises the driver and shows up as working correctly in device manager as 'SigmaTel high Definition Audio Codec'. The problem is that no sound is coming out of my speakers or headphone socket. When I play an mp3 or system sound the mixer shows that there is audio being played, but there no sound out of the speakers. I have tried removing the driver in device manager and letting windows find a driver off the internet, and reinstalling the latest drivers.
Can anyone suggest a fix?
