Sony Vaio VGN-N11M/W

Hi. I have a Vaio VGN-N11M/W.

I have never done any upgrades or added anything to it - I am not at all computer literate so my use of it is pretty basic (it has always been low internet use and i-tunes etc). However - it has stopped being able to connect wirelessly to the internet. My Internet isn't the issue as other laptops in the house can connect, is there anything I can do as a simple fix for this?

Hi JOJO7832,

Is the wireless LAN light illuminated? If not make sure that you have not inadvertently turned off the switch – front of the right hand side next to the headphone jack.

If the switch is on and the LED illuminated then have a look at page 62 of your user manual.
