Sony Vaio - VGN-NW20SF S - MOUSEPAD

Hi,

I have owned my note book for 7 months so it's still under warranty.  My mousepad has randomly stopped working today.  Has this happened to anyone else before?  any ideas on fixing the problem?

Yes my new VPCEC1S1E is having the same problem, also the little bumps on the mouse pad have all rubbed off and it is only 6 months old, that is not to mention the blue screen crashes it keeps having.

This laptop is a replacement Sony gave me because of all the faults with my last laptop that cost me £1100.

Seem Sony cant make laptops anymore.,
