Sony Vaio VGN-Z11WN driver issue for NVIDIA graphics card

Hi I've got an issue after uypgrading my Sony Vaio to Win10 64bit

The graphics card drivers aren't installing propoerly and the screen display is wrong. I keep getting error messages saying graphics card device driver not installed properly on reboots and devices showing as problematic in Device Manager. Pics attached:

I've tried all sorts of different drivers and driver install programs but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

I would recommend getting in touch with the Sony Support team here for further help.

Best wishes,

Sean

The Z Series Vaios have switchable graphics which allows the choice of the Intel graphics or the NVidea graphics by the moving of the ‘Speed/Stamina’ switch.

This switching was facilitated by a single Hybrid NVidea/Intel driver. Support for this Hybrid Driver ended with Windows 7 and Sony never recommended updating Z Series Vaios above Win7, which now presents a problem.

In addition, later Z Series models used an AMD/Intel Hybrid Driver.

You will have to chose between the two and install the latest single driver - the latest Intel driver may be easier to source and install while in Stamina mode.

Which driver versions have you tried to install?
