Sony Vaio VPCEE3E0E- No Sound

Hello

I have a VPCEE3E0E Vaio Laptop since December 2010

I started having loads of problems with it 6 months ago and it had to be wiped clean

I no longer have Vaio drivers, mostly misssing my audio driver as I have no sound now unless I wear headphones all the time.

Can this driver be downloaded from sony or am I just stuck with it the way it is?

Hi Pam,

You will find all of the original drivers for your model here:

http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCEE3E0E_WI/updates

Another alternative, assuming that the recovery partition is intact, would be to attemt to return to factory settings. This option can be accessed by pressing the Assist button when fully shut down or by pressing F10 at boot.

Be aware that this process will wipe all personal data so back up anything you need.
