Spilled tea (with sugar) on keyboard. Now very sticky, how to clean?

I accidentally spilled tea with sugar on the keyboard. I immediately turned everything off and wipe excess liquid and allowed to dry. But the sugary tea has now made the keys very sticky, especially when the laptop warms up. The model is VPCEF2E1E.

Any ideas how this can be cleaned? How can the keyboard be removed for cleaning?

I'd be very grateful if anyone can help.
