swap hdd with SSD

is it possible to do this in my VPCF11Z1E that I bought in february last year?

unclear whether this is supported..

think that adding an SSD would greatly improve the performance of my demo virtual machines I run on this laptop.

Did you already swap the hdd with a SSD? I have the same model laptop and am thinking about changing the hdd with a ssd.
