SZ4 - no audio in "stamina" mode

Hi,

I have an SZ4. When the graphics card is in "speed" mode all is fine. When i switch it to stamina, the sound stops working. All drivers appear ok.

Anyone come across this or have ideas?

I had a similar experience with the SZ4. When in SPEED mode I had an annoying fizzling/sizzling sound when the 3,5 mm plug was connected to my stereo amp. I STAMINA mode the sound was perfect. Sony support asked me to disable startup software until the problem went away and that worked. (msconfig, autostart). Might be worth a try?
