Hi,
Ive been looking into getting a new Vaio, I like the look of the new S series released (SVS15 or something). Ive seen it on a number of review websites over the last few days, here fore example... http://www.engadget.com/2012/06/04/vaio-f-folded-into-15-inch-vaio-s/
They have also got it for sale on the USA site - http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=...
However, i cant seem to find this new version on the UK website, they only seem to have the older version of the S Series. The one without the clickable touchpad and ivy bridge processor, among other things.
Any info on when these new versions will be availabe on the UK store?
Thanks in advance
This laptop model looks old and I don't think you can still find one like this.
Which model do you mean looks old?
the model that is posted on the engadget website is a new review posted yesterday, its also on a number of news blog posts dated yesterday? Plus these laptops have Ivy Bridge processors? they cannot be old...
The new S13 is now available for order in the UK. It's not on the website as of today, but I just rodered mine through the phone sales team. Est date of receipt 2-3 weeks.
Petrov.
I made an order on Sunday (3rd) of the old model thinking it was the new model with Ivy Bridge, throught the Education store which had "new" logos on the S model page. I have now discovered the page has been updated with the new models.
Will they take back unopened vaio's?
