Touchpad driver

Hi all i recently formatted my sony vaio vpceb3loe laptop and i erased all the factory settings. it seems as if its deleted the touchpad driver becuase i cant find an option in mouse settings to turn the tapping click off for the touchpad. Any help would be greatly appreciated
