Touchpad Not Working

I couldn't get my touchpad to work under Windows 2K Pro, so I ended up going with the recovery discs.

I recovered sucessfully, but upon removing the USB mouse, I do not have any mouse due to the fact that the touchpad does not work.

Short from taking it back to the place I bought it from and having them fix it, how do I fix it myself?

Nevermind...

I found how to enable it by this:

Control Panel
VAIO Control Center
Keyboard and Mouse
Built-In Pointing Device
Enable
OK

When I bought the computer and set it up for the first time, it was working automaticlly.
