TrueSuite / Finger Authentification Not Working

My TrueSuite software appears to be running well, it has my websites listed, recognises fingerprints etc. HOWEVER, for some reason when I go online to the websites, it does not prompt or recognise finger authentification and asks for the manual method, and in fact doesnt even save the login details when requested!

Has anyone else had these difficulties?

I have had the (new) laptop a couple months now so need to resolve before warranty expires.

Hi viruses,

If you happen to be using either Chrome or Firefox as your browser I believe that there is an update available for recent releases of browser that addresses this issue.

What is your Vaio model and which browser are you using?
