How turn I off the touch pad on my Vaio VPCSA4T9E?

Its very irritating when the pointer is moving when my hand i touching the pad.

Hi Mats,

Open Vaio Control Center > Keyboard and Mouse. Here you should find an option to disable the built-in pointing device.

You could also investigate the pointing device advanced options by clicking the Advanced button in the same window > Palm and Typing tab.
