Dear Forum users, I've just bought a new Vaio VGN-BX396VP, a Sony docking station model VGP-PRBX1 and a Samsung Diplay model SyncMaster 204B.
My problem is that I am unable to make the external display work with the DVI cable (provided with the monitor) connected to the docking station. It seems that no external display is connected (I am unable to select the external display option).
If I use a traditional VGA cable everything works (but the image quality is poor).
Does anyone have a suggestion?
