i have a vgnar31m, but am unable to play the 'whats new in vista videos' or access the help files - i get the error message;
internet explorer cannot download / from windows
internet explorer was not able to open this site. the requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. please try again later.
any ideas?
btw - luvly laptop otherwise!
