I decided to improve my laptop: buy KingSpec SSD for 128 GB. Was established SSD on laptop. Normally determined in the BIOS (model, size) ... but it is a BIOS (SSD) (POST and more) is not seen! 
as if the SSD broken ...

Question 2:
What is the difference in the BIOS of the model (http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VGN-TX3HRP_W/updates) to:
- Windows XP - BIOS Update - R0034N3
- Windows VISTA - BIOS Update - R0025N3 and BIOS Update - R0032N3?
and by the date of the BIOS XP windose more recent (as in the description - one and the same fix a bug)
