Upgraded DVDRW on GRT996

Hi all,

I've just replaced the u54 DVDRW drive on this GRT996ZP with a NEC ND-6500A (x8 -+R write and dual layer support) but although it fits and works perfectly the bezel doesn't transplant 😞

Is there a Sony Vaio notebook out there that comes with NEC ND-6500A so that I could check out its bezel for compatibilty????

Or a source of the bezel that would fit this GRT996 and the NEC drive?

I don't think Sony use NEC, which is a real shame as it's a good drive.
