This may be a bit of a dumb question but here goes.......
I have upgraded the RAM from 2 X 1GB to 2 X 2GB and both have been recognised by the laptop but it although it is showing as 4GB physical memory available it is only showing 3GB physical memory used. Is this right?
My other non-Sony laptop shows a slight difference between these two figures but not the same amount, hope this makes sense, just trying to make sure that I've done this right!
