Upgrading to windows 8

When i upgraded to windows 7 i lost lots of functionality in my tt. Does Sony have a service to upgrade my machine to windows 8 while making sure all the driver work? E.g my 3g simcard slot?

My model is the Sony Viao VGN-TT11vn/x great little computer still doing brilliant service!
