Dear Sir,
I am sorry to bother you. My USB could not function after inserting a new external hard drive (MY book- 500Gb) to one of them. I have tried many times to connect other external hardware to them but I could not find the hardware when I located it at "my computer". Then I performed system recovery, but the USB is now still unable to function. Would you mind telling me how to fix the problem?
