VA10 Bluetooth Device

I have a Sony VA10 and the Peripheral  Bluetooth Device has stopped working. Tried to update drivers and reinstall original drivers with no success. This means I can`t run any of my Bluetooth connection I have. Any Ideas PLEASE ????
