Vaio automatic updates failure

I was always prompted about Vaio updates and were automatically downloaded. Suddenly one day the browser return BAD ADDRESS-page not found etc.Vaio uses IE but my default browse is Chrome which indicates in the home page that cannot retrieve the web site. I managed to download some upgrades by logging in Sonny web page indicating my model etc. but this is quite cumbersome. Any solution?

What version of Vaio Update do you have installed?  It is possible you are not using the latest version.

Which Vaio model do you have?  Are you using the original Operating System?
