I do not have VAIO Care after intalling Windows 8.  Can I re-install?

How did you install Windows 8? Did you use Sony's instructions and Vaio Upgrade Kit?

Hi,

I have the VPCJ23S1E All-in-one touch screen.  Yes I used the Upgrade Kit, but should it be automatically there? I could not get the Manual even before the Upgrade.
